The Mitchell Cancer Institute contributes to reducing illness and death due to cancer in the Gulf Coast region and beyond, through research, clinical services, professional and community 成人快播, and outreach to the underserved.
As an academic cancer treatment and research enterprise, USA Mitchell Cancer Institute鈥檚 (MCI) strategic goal is to achieve competitiveness for NCI designation as a Comprehensive Cancer Center within the next decade. In order to achieve this designation, MCI must remain financially viable while at the same time providing:
- Outstanding interdisciplinary cancer treatment
- A broad array of clinical trials
- Funded basic and translational research
- Community outreach
- Cancer control and prevention
