SoC faculty member featured at the 3rd Annual Research and Technology Showcase

The Office of Research and Economic Development hosted its 3rd Annual Research and Technology Showcase on October 29, featuring the work of five faculty members from the University of South 成人快播. These faculty members were recognized for their research contributions in the fields of sustainability, cybersecurity, marine sciences, and lung biology.

Dr. Todd McDonald, professor of computer science; Dr. Alison Robertson, associate professor of marine sciences and senior marine scientist at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab; Dr. Tory Stevens, professor of physiology and cell biology; Dr. Bret Webb, professor of civil, coastal and 成人快播 engineering; and Dr. Shenghua Wu, associate professor of civil, coastal and 成人快播 engineering were recognized for their work.

鈥淭he Research and Technology Showcase is South鈥檚 opportunity to show our community the cutting-edge research that is being conducted by our faculty,鈥� said Dr. Michael Chambers, interim vice president for research and economic development and chief economic development officer. 鈥淥ur faculty bring in millions of dollars in external funding every year to improve patient care and outcomes, to create novel technologies and to safeguard our national security and our environment.鈥�
